However, the thing that makes her heart the happiest is snuggling, hugging, playing, and giggling with her grandchildren Adelynn & Fred!
What does Trinity mean to me?
Trinity is my happy place! It’s where my parents brought me when I was only 3 weeks old to receive faith, forgiveness and eternal life through the saving waters of Holy Baptism. It’s where I received a Christian education that included memorization of God’s Word and promises along with reinforcement of good morals and discipline. It’s where I confirmed my faith in the triune God when I was 14 years old. I married my best friend at Trinity. My three children and my grandchildren became heirs of eternal life through their baptisms at Trinity. I worship my Lord and Savior every Sunday at Trinity seated amongst family and friends. Each Sunday God strengthens my faith and grants me His forgiveness through the body and blood of His son at Trinity’s altar during communion. When our home was flooded in 1986 and 1993, our Trinity Family embraced us and loved, encouraged, helped and prayed for us. Trinity is the place I enjoy fellowship and laughter when I volunteer. I love being part of the Trinity Family! It has helped make me who I am today.
